Prakash G. Nair, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Prakash G Nair, Chief Financial Officer, joined ENSEC in July 2007.  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce.  His work experience spans a period of over 19 years.

Prior to joining ENSEC, Prakash was the Regional Finance Manager at Bank Melli Iran (BMI) for 2 years.  At BMI, in addition to the management of the finance function, he also had the responsibility of supervision of the Bank’s treasury operations.

Prior to BMI, Prakash had a career of over 17 years with the top accounting firms of the world, commencing with a year with Price Waterhouse (Mumbai, India) and followed by 3 years with Ernst & Young (Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia), 8 years with Arthur Andersen (Dubai; U.A.E.), 2 years with KPMG (Bangalore, India) and 3 years with Deloitte (Dubai, U.A.E).  Starting as a junior auditor he progressed to Senior Manager in his professional career.  His professional experience includes leading the audit of large corporate companies, consultancy assignments for some major business acquisitions in the region, leading a few fraud investigation assignments and training professionals, both internationally and within the country.

Sohail Chaudhry, Director Servicing & IT

Mr. Sohail has diverse experience of systems and servicing and worked with ABN AMRO, Citibank (Pakistan, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan Lebanon), SAMBA (Saudi American bank) in the past 9 years. His expertise is in data management, data mining and other IT related services including designing and running auto receivables securitization system for Citibank. He is qualified as Bachelor of Computer Science.
